Restorative justice practices are essential for PFI to realize its vision of breaking the cycle of crime and restoring lives, worldwide, through Jesus’s love. Part of making that vision a reality involves strengthening our programs to make them more restorative in nature. In this guide, we will provide an overview of the restorative justice concept, discuss why it is such an important aspect of PFI’s work, and outline a three-step process to increase the impact of our programs through restorative justice practices.
