Macy Puryear

Macy Puryear supports the finance team’s accounting operations. She specializes in financial reporting, cash management, and other key financial operations. 

Prison Fellowship International and its National Ministries around the world transform the lives of prisoners, families and victims of crime each day. Macy’s favorite passage of the Bible is Psalm 139:13-16, which emphasizes that all of God’s people are fearfully and wonderfully made. She has a passion for seeing lives transformed when people come to know Jesus and realize they are made in the image of God. 

Macy began her career as a forensic accountant, bringing strong experience in economic damage analysis, business valuation and litigation support for financial disputes. She also serves as the Student Ministry Director at her church, where she manages all aspects of Student Ministry and serves as one of seven staff members overseeing all business within the church. 

Macy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) with a minor in Spanish from the University of South Carolina. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, their two sons and two cats. She enjoys tap dancing, crocheting and cake decorating in her free time.
