Kristi Padley engages with donors to create lasting change for causes important to them, especially Prison Fellowship International’s faith-based programs. With extensive experience in fundraising and donor relations, Kristi specializes in building relationships to help donors invest in their dreams and passions, and celebrate the lasting impact of their support with them.
Prison Fellowship International and its national ministries around the world transform the lives of prisoners, families and victims of crime daily. Kristi understands the importance of sharing this transformative work in the field with current and prospective donors. Her passion is building lasting relationships with funders and sharing the available opportunities to make an impact through this ministry.
Kristi started her career in the hospitality industry and made her way to the non-profit sector. She has worked for organizations such as American Heart Association, YWCA of Sonoma County and a professional medical society.
Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University. She lives in northern Virginia with her family and enjoys being outdoors, reading and spending time with family and friends.
