Frank Lofaro

Vice President, Global Impact

Frank Lofaro oversees the Global Impact department, which encompasses in-prison and children’s programming, including The Prisoner’s Journey, Sycamore Tree Project, The Listener’s Way, PromisePath, and National Ministry capacity building. He specializes in program design and implementation for faith-based organizations.  

Frank’s passion is to share God’s love with groups that are marginalized by society. He became involved in prison ministry after a successful business career and has committed most of the “second half” of his career to working with what he believes is the “most effective prison ministry in the world” – Prison Fellowship International.  

For the past 25 years Frank has served at both Prison Fellowship International and Prison Fellowship USA, he has held positions such as Executive Director, Senior Vice President of Programs, Chief Operating Officer, and President and Chief Executive Officer. He has also served in leadership roles at other Christian non-profits, including Executive Director of Armed Services Ministry at the American Bible Society and President and CEO of Christian Leadership Alliance. 

Frank received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his Master of Business Administration from Long Island University. He also studied law at St. John’s Law School in New York.
