Cecilia Howard is a dedicated Junior Associate at Prison Fellowship International, where she specializes in donor communication and content creation. With a deep-rooted passion for Christ and a commitment to the organization’s mission of faith, hope and restoration, Cecilia enjoys engaging supporters and sharing impactful narratives that showcase PFI’s transformative efforts within the prison system.
Cecilia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a focus on Justice and an MBA with a concentration in Business Administration, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to address the complexities of criminal justice and organizational management. Her diverse educational background complements her extensive experience, having amassed over 15 years of expertise in business management across both public and private sectors. This unique blend allows her to approach donor relations with a strategic mindset while remaining attuned to the heartfelt stories that inspire giving.
In her role, Cecilia embodies the core values of Prison Fellowship International, believing passionately in the power of second chances and the importance of supporting individuals as they navigate their paths toward rehabilitation and reintegration into society. She leverages her skills to communicate compelling perspectives that resonate with donors and inspire them to partner in the mission.
Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys staying active through racquetball, teaching Sunday School and spending time at the golf range, where she finds balance and rejuvenation. Additionally, her creative side flourishes through various art forms.
Cecilia serves as a compassionate advocate for those affected by incarceration, embodying the organization’s mission through her work and personal pursuits.
