In the heart of Argentina, Carlos* embarked on a journey that would transform his life in ways he never imagined. His story is one of profound change, guided by the teachings of The Prisoner’s Journey (TPJ).

Before joining TPJ, Carlos was known for his impetuous nature. He often spoke without thinking, his words sharp and unfiltered, leaving others feeling attacked. “I didn’t realize the impact my words had on people,” he admitted. But TPJ offered him a new perspective. Through the program, he learned the importance of addressing people properly, with kindness and consideration. “The course helped me speak more gently,” he shared, “so that others wouldn’t feel attacked.” The environment in which he found himself was often filled with negativity, a place where frustration could easily take hold, but he internalized the teachings of the program. “Even in a place where negativity can be overwhelming, I tried not to feel frustrated.” This resilience was a testament to his determination to change.

A significant part of his transformation was his newfound sense of protection and love from God. “Now, I feel protected by God because I experience His love,” he said with a sense of peace. This spiritual awakening was a cornerstone of his journey. “Thank God, we are surrounded and safeguarded by His grace,” he expressed gratefully.

He also spoke highly of the pastors who guided him through this process, teaching him to understand who God is. Their teachings helped him see the world differently. “It’s important to realize that not everything is evil; there is goodness and God’s love for people,” he noted. This realization was a beacon of hope, illuminating his path forward.
