Coordinator, Systems Administrator

Terrence manages the Information Technology (IT) function at Prison Fellowship International, overseeing installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of software, hardware and networks to ensure optimal performance and security. Specializing in Windows, Linux, Salesforce and Networking, he also develops and supports tools for monitoring security across all organization devices, showcasing his expertise in IT leadership and innovation.

Terrence believes that there is always a solution to every problem – because whatever challenge one goes through, someone else has passed through that same challenge successfully. From managing network servers and technology tools to troubleshooting issues promptly, Terrence ensures that Prison Fellowship International’s systems successfully and safeluy support the global network of ministry partners in delivering impactful services.

Previously, Terrence worked for Beyond Technology as a system administrator. He also worked as a help desk technician at Albany Medical Hospital.

Terrence holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Buea in Cameroon and is a certified and trained Red Hat System Administrator.
