Daniel Ehlert

Accounting Manager

Dan Ehlert supports the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting operations, assisting with cash forecasting, budgeting, providing financial analysis support and participating in strategy planning to drive organizational performance. Dan specializes in accounting, nonprofit accounting, audit, finance and business management.   

Dan understands the importance of good accounting and financial management needed for a non-profit organization. He is passionate about ensuring transparency and accountability to fulfill Prison Fellowship International’s mission effectively, maintain public trust and achieve long-term sustainability.       

Dan has extensive accounting experience working in senior accounting, audit and business management roles for a variety of companies and CPA firms in Northern Virginia. 

Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University. He resides outside of Washington D.C. with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys studying, spending time with family, learning about health and nutrition, and competing in Ironman triathlon events.
