Coordinator, Prison Programs

Emily manages the operations, data and performance for The Listener’s Way. She specializes in stakeholder reporting, cross-team collaboration and training to energize and connect partners with the work of this powerful and transformative Gospel program.

The Lord is moving mightily through Prison Fellowship International to restore and transform the lives of prisoners, families and victims of crime. Emily is inspired by and passionate about joining with Him and Prison Fellowship International to further the Gospel in innovative and intricate ways to continue breaking the cycle of crime, worldwide.

Emily began her career as a Governor’s Fellow in the Virginia state government and has partnered with the Charles Koch Foundation and Christian Legal Society to promote social entrepreneurship and break down barriers for nonprofit organizations. She also served as an Executive Assistant, helping C-suite executives surpass their goals and further their mission.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Leadership Studies from Christopher Newport University. She resides in Northern Virginia, and in her free time, she enjoys serving as a Young Life leader, exploring new cities and spending time with friends and family.
