Magdalena Politano

Magdalena is the Talent Manager at Prison Fellowship International, bringing experience from both for- and non-profit organizations. She specializes in professional development, culture enhancement, succession planning, compensation, benefits and talent management.

Magda holds a strong conviction that people are an organization’s most vital asset, recognizing their pivotal role in its success. She also places significant emphasis on upholding legal compliance and ethical conduct within the organization and is dedicated to ensuring that HR practices consistently align with these standards.

Magdalena holds a Bachelor’s in Business and Administration (BBA) from the University of Management and Banking in Poznań, Poland, and the SHRM-CP certification (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional).
