Philip Harris leads Prison Fellowship International’s efforts to grow revenue and strengthen strategic relationships with foundations, gifts‑in‑kind partners and institutional funders. In his role, he oversees the cultivation of institutional partnerships, leads the development of proposals and donor reports, and guides a team committed to driving sustainable, long‑term growth and effective grant implementation.
With over two decades of leadership experience in international development, Philip brings expertise in strategy, business development, operations, partnerships, and program management. Philip enjoys linking resources to field needs and providing opportunities through partnerships to achieve sustained impact.
Prior to joining Prison Fellowship International, Philip held several key leadership roles at World Vision, guiding teams in winning and implementing large‑scale funding initiatives. His career has included living and working throughout the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Washington, D.C. region.
Philip holds a master’s degree in international development management from the Open University in the United Kingdom. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, Ashley, and their two children. In his free time, Philip enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with his family.
