Mona Simpson is the Senior Manager of Development Operations at Prison Fellowship International (PFI). In her role, she oversees critical functions such as gift processing, data integrity, and donor services, all aimed at supporting efficient and accurate fundraising workflows. Mona’s expertise lies in process optimization, CRM management, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to promote operational excellence and scalability throughout the organization.
Driven by a deep passion for PFI’s mission, Mona is dedicated to transforming lives and amplifying the impact of ministries around the world. Her commitment to advancing PFI’s work is evident in the operational improvements and efficiencies she brings to the organization.
With over a decade of experience in lean operations and process excellence, Mona has a proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings and leading major system implementations. Prior to joining Prison Fellowship International, she worked as a senior consultant at ArrowStarr Consulting and served as Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In these roles, she spearheaded initiatives focused on digital transformation and optimizing supply chain operations.
Mona holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management, specializing in Finance, from Harvard University. She is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, underscoring her commitment to process excellence and professional development.
Residing in Virginia with her family, Mona enjoys reading, engaging in creative projects, and mentoring emerging leaders. Her personal interests reflect her dedication to continuous learning and supporting others in their growth.
