Andrea Mercedes

Coordinator, Donor Experience

Andrea supports Prison Fellowship International’s donor engagement and operational efforts, specializing in donor communications, gift administration, stewardship outreach and relationship management. She helps ensure donors experience exceptional service while supporting the systems, processes and day-to-day operations that strengthen donor relationships and advance the organization’s mission.

Andrea believes every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent value and purpose. She is particularly passionate about bringing awareness to those who are often overlooked: people in prison, their families and victims impacted by crime. She is inspired by the belief that when one life is transformed through discipleship and the hope of Jesus Christ, the effects can reach far beyond the individual and into communities around the world.

Before joining Prison Fellowship International, Andrea supported a variety of government contractors in accounting and operations roles, with experience spanning invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation and organizational administration.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. She resides in Fairfax, Virginia, and enjoys traveling, attending concerts and exploring local coffee shops.
