Elizabeth “Libby” Hart
Senior Director, Donor Engagement
Elizabeth “Libby” Hart leads mass and mid-level donor acquisition, servicing and operations strategy and teams, along with Prison Fellowship International’s overall communications strategy and plans as head of the Marketing and Communications department. Throughout her tenure at Prison Fellowship International, she has served in numerous Director positions, including International Programs, Church Programs and Donor Relations.
With a heart for storytelling and those who the world would forget, Libby’s passion for giving a voice to those who often have none is what fuels her committment to Prison Fellowship International and its millions of beneficiaries. She specializes in global communication, new initiative development, relationship building, strategic planning and process optimization.
Libby brings extensive experience working with consumer brands, travel and tourism, and various corporate social responsibility initiatives. Previously, she worked at two global marketing agencies running public relations strategy, campaigns, programs and media relations. In eight years, she managed dozens of international brands, including the Singapore Tourism Board, Carnival Cruise Lines, Hyatt, Qatar Airways and the State of Connecticut.
Libby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Consumer Studies from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in international service from American University. She has also completed coursework on European Political Systems in London, England.
