John Grantham

Director, Prison Programs

John Grantham is the Director of Prison Programs, bringing us over 15 years of volunteer experience leading prison ministry programs and more than two decades of executive management and business development experience. John specializes in expanding our prison program partnerships while providing tactical leadership to the prison programs team that manages the day-to-day operations. His passion is to bring hope and transformational change to prisoners through the Gospel.

John is the current Board Chair of the Virginia-based Loudoun Christian Justice Mission, where he has guided 300% organizational growth in four years. He holds numerous certifications, including Data-Driven Decision Making and Leading the Modern-Day Business, and is currently pursuing certifications in Biblical Counseling and Strategic Execution for Ministry. John is also an ordained Senior Chaplain.

John received a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from Richmond, The American International University in London and later attended Hebron Ministerial Institute in Guatemala. John is married with two adult children and enjoys all things outdoors, including camping, hiking, mountain biking and kayaking.
